Admin/HR Intern

• Organize and manage online games, events, and activities to increase employee engagement and create a fun, energetic work environment. 
• Ensure a friendly, inclusive, and comfortable environment where employees feel valued and supported.
• Assist with planning and executing fun and interactive activities for employees.
• Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement ideas for improving the workplace atmosphere.
• Assist with internal newsletters, announcements, and communications.
• Provide support with office administration tasks. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. 

• Student in Economics, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related fields. 
• Quick to adapt, proactive in learning, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees.
• Positive and motivated, capable of engaging and inspiring colleagues in workplace activities.
• Basic understanding and communication skills in English.
• Previous involvement in extracurricular activities such as student clubs, associations, or volunteer work is a plus.
