QA Supervisor

- Develop GMP, GHP procedures Food safety issue trouble shooting Continuous improvement in FSMS
- Develop detailed GMP standards and procedures for each product category manufacturing
- Design, verify and validate the cleaning and sanitizing method (GHP) base on current processing line at the factories
- Lead or participate in quality or cost saving based improvement projects on GMP, GHP
- Assess, audit and inspect new equipment, processing line, factory

- At least bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or Microbiology
- At least 2 year experiences working as microbiologist, hygienist or QA responsible for 5S, hygiene and GMP
- Refer candidate understand cleaning method and have experience in processing line (understand machine design, chemical activity and food safety compliance)
- ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management Systems
- HACCP- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points System
- ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems
