MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Coordinate with EHS function to operate plant in accordance to local laws and company adopted standards, Promote Safety culture and establish continual improvement in Safety and Environmental practices.
- Convert company Sales plans into production plans and execute to maintain seamless supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and prepare and execute such improvements upon management approval.
- Manage operations and ensure inventory handling and storage conditions as per food standards and ensure measurement accuracy of inventory of Raw materials, finished goods, processing aids and utilities.
- Coordinate with plant maintenance manager to achieve higher productivity and Reliability.
- Establish SOP, SSOP and WI of the assigned function and train employees from time to time.
- Establish performance measurement metrics, control, monitor and improve as an ongoing basis.
- Establish Best proven practices for Productivity, Quality, Safety, Environment as per adopted standards by company.
- Lead teams to identify food safety risks, conduct HACCP plan, monitor and improve from time to time based on inputs from Legal, suppliers, customers, complaints, internal audits etc.
- Understand and ensure all the aspects of food safety and quality to ensure safe food for the intended purpose to the customers and consumers.
- Capture plant technical data and maintain integrity of data in retrieval form on-going basis

YÊU CẦU
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Technology/Science
- Knowledge about Food manufacturing processes
- Using planning, monitoring tools
- More than 10 years of Relevant Industry Experience
- Exposer to GMP, ISO standards, BRC etc.
- Problem solving skills
