- Ensure all of financial and accounting transactions comply with VAS
- Update new circulars/ decrees/ regulations of the government
- Supervise/ remind and encourage team to fulfill tasks on time
- Checking all transactions in department & Monitoring cash flow of the Company
- Monthly P&L report and analysis to management team
- Highlight and raise up the problem which beyond limit to management
- Appraise/consider and promote team year end & Training/encourage to develop and improve team up
- Set up new management methods for  department  or  Company Resolve problems between groups and departments
- Ensure all of the activities in the Company comply with the regulations and policies of the Company
- Ensure all of the reports come out on time (In the Company and government organizations)
- Exchange as well as solve all of the problems which related to banks/ Customs/ Tax/ Other organizations
- Monthly review result of the company with management team and reminder to control
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by AVP

- Education: Vocational or higher in Accounting
- 03 - 05 years experiences in the position of Chief Accountant or equivalent. Having experience in factory will be an advantage.
- Able to create FA reports with analysis is required
- Able to explain financial information to non-financial understanding colleagues
- Having experience as ERP system user is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English at communicable level is required
- Being good team leader & team player, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal
