JOB DETAILS :
Position: Customer Service Officer
City: Cần Thơ
Responsibility :
- Communicating with drivers: registration, solving current work issues;
- Participating in promotional campaigns outside (distribution of
advertising material, communication with potential partners of the
company);
- Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after
trips (online or on the phone face-to-face);
- Tracking the quality of the provided service.
Marketing.
Social package :

- Stable monthly salary (net) + yearly increase depending on the branch
results;
- 5 days working week;

- Fluent in English;
- Orientation to achieving goals, excellent communication skills;
- Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find
non-standard solutions to problems;
- At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Customer Service or
