• Work as a key member of the front-line team, providing accurate information to learners and parents;
• Take charge of learner admission tasks, including consulting with prospective learners and registering them for courses;
• Address inquiries from learners and parents promptly and professionally;
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring learners and parents feel valued and supported;
• Proactively contact learners and parents to communicate important announcements and updates.

• Graduates from all majors with good proficiency in English.
• Smart appearance and a pleasant voice.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Friendly, joyful, and calm demeanor with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for learning and self-improvement.
• Previous experience in customer care is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and familiar with basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability for evenings and weekends.
