• Organize his manning as reflected on the Organization Chart.
• Attend all training programs designed for him & all other managers.
• Control & apply strictly all safety & hygiene policy, regulation & procedures of the hotel.
• Participate in the daily meeting with all managers.
• Optimize the sales by suggestive selling; train staff on selling techniques & ensure that they are implemented.
• Check that tasks are accomplished accurately by the staff.
• Control & approve the schedule of the staff.
• Handle & solve special requests & complaints.
• Follow up the city ledger with the chief accountant.
• Control the average room rate and enhance the sales strategy.
• Delegate tasks to his subordinates to prepare them for bigger responsibility.
• Maintain good relationship with all departments of the hotel.
• Coordinate with the F&B department for the group’s requisitions.
• Establish and maintain good relation with Tour Operators & Travel Agencies.
• Develop training & development plans for his staff; implement & evaluate these plans.
• Perform other duties may be assigned.

YÊU CẦU
• University graduated in Hospitality, English.
• Experience: 02 years in Hospitality.
• English skills: fluent in writing and speaking.
• IT skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet.
• Age from 27 and above.
• Gender: Male or Female.
