Process monthly working time, manage manpower & aware of company’s policies on compensation & benefits.
Keep track with employee attendance on daily basis: time in-out, working shift, leave, day off, workday
Ensure time & labor practice are in compliance with Nike CLS, current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
Other duties assigned by HR manager and C&B manager
YÊU CẦU
Bachelor degree: Law, Business Administration, Accounting, HR management or related
Having at least 2 year in similar position
Skill: Good English communication, proficiency in computer skill, data analysis, calculation, teamworking, communication, problem-solving, update the legal situation related to policies & benefits for employees
