MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- (ESH )Oversee all occupational health, safety, and environmental matters for the entire plant.
- Coordinate with other departments to create a safe working environment, in compliance with governmental Occupational Safety standards and company regulations.
- Identify hazards within the plant and propose control measures to management to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Monitor work safety, ensuring zero workplace accidents across the facility.
- Develop periodic training plans on Occupational Safety & Hygiene for employees.
- Organize appraisal and acceptance of safety conditions, fire prevention and firefighting (PPE), safety-critical equipment, personal protective gear, materials, and new technological processes.
- Draft policies, procedures, forms, and regulations on environment, occupational safety, hygiene, fire prevention, and accident prevention.
- Manage all documents and records related to occupational safety and the environment at the plant.
- Conduct internal audits related to occupational safety and environmental compliance across the facility.
- Stay updated on the latest state laws and regulations on occupational safety and environmental hygiene.
- Carry out safety inspections, handle violations, and monitor corrective actions with departments.
- Supervise and ensure wastewater discharges meet regulatory standards before release.
- Report operational results to management and internal stakeholders.
- Implement policies and regulations to reduce and prevent pollution and other environmental initiatives.
- Manage all types of waste, identify and control environmental aspects, and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
- Prepare periodic safety and environmental reports for submission to authorities as required by law.
- Investigate the causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions in the workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
YÊU CẦU
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in all four English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
