5+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer;
At least 1 years of experience working as Backend Lead;
Fluent in spoken and written in English;
Strong in OOP and Design Pattern;
DB skills (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization;
Experience with horizontally scalable and highly available system design and implementation, with a focus on performance and resiliency;
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines;
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems;
Experience with MongoDB and REMIX IDE are a plus;
Knowledge of NodeJS, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker) are advantages.
Familiar with HTML/CSS/Javascript;
Familiar with Cloud providers such as AWS/ GCP/ Azure;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Critical thinker, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
Competent to find problems independently, analyze problems and propose reasonable solutions;
