- Support sales team of counter-part companies (VFC, HAI, Á Châu, Cửu Long,...) in Marketing activities includes Campaign, Demo, New product experiment,...with good Result.

- Reached the plan that the company handed over to take charge of the North Song Tien area and the Southeast

 

- Manage the activities of Distributors or Distribution Centers according to assigned regions;

- Responsible for recruiting, coaching & manage the sales team

- Manage 20 sales staff and cover 2 regions South East & Mekong.

- Having good relationship dealer channel in South-East & Mekong Delta with over 50 dealers and some are having good partnership as such as Dinh Van, Sau Hoang, Hang Duy (Nông nghiệp Vàng), Nhut Thong, Thanh Long-9 Dieu, Tran Van Hung, Vo Hoang Dung, Truong Giang, Thu Loan, Hien Tham, Tan Sang, Toan Phat Loc, Thanh Yen, ...
