MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Implement Training program:
1.1. Work with HR field to prepaire and organize training courses as per Training Master Plan, ensure that all Employees understand Production process, KEY Plant KPIs, Recon activities,
1.2. Organize internal refresh training for Employees regarding M&W/SBF KPIs such as: Net eff, True eff, Filler downtime, OEE, Loss structure definition & calculation,
1.3. Consolidate & update existing internal document training such as OPL, Kaizen, Analysis method, OEE... to make sure it s validate & clear methodology,
1.4. Collect and study Best practices from other sites and propose to apply in Plant,
1.5. Closely work with Production, Maintenance Team to get alignment about training time to match with production schedule & reduce OVT as well.
2. Control Plant KPIs:
2.1. Analysis Plant KPI weekly and update KPI trend result included actions proposal to control KPIs
2.2. Closely work with Taskforce teams (Recon, Productivity, Kaizen…) to implement action plans included evaluation of effectiveness of BPT s after roll out at functions for further trains / support required,
2.3. Make sure all Plant KPI s report on time and ready to adapt with business change,
2.4. Implement health check for M&W/OEE/New Tools and propose quick action to remove ad-hook in during application & make sure these system are followed properly,
2.5. Develop and standardize the Production/Maintenance reports & analysis system to reduce waste time in during reporting,
2.6. Improve GEMBA activity, closely work with Production/Maintenance Team to collect breakdown information, data then define & analyze bottleneck in line,
2.7. Prepare Plant KPIs AOP based on AOP volume & existing Plant s performance.
3. Other activities:
3.1. Collaborate with HR/Operation Team to track Line KPIs & EE s KPIs result
3.2. Collect productivity initiative from Operation Team and work with Maintenance/ Production to implement as well
3.3. Prepare BSHS, Productivity, OEE report
3.4. Running R&R program

YÊU CẦU
- Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
- 2 years of experience in relevant position. Experience at FMCG companies is a plus.
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Advanced English & PC
- Good adaptation, able to cope with pressure
- Cooperative, independent, self-motivation
