***Software:
- Network peripherals, printers, communication / ADSL, PABX.
- Ability to diagnose failures, replace, add components.
- Server/ network installation, configuration & administration, backups / restore.
- Make plan of equipment, installation, licensed software follow-up
***Hardware:
- Ability to diagnose failures, replace, add components.
- Data protection, firewalls, anti-virus, spyware, spam control solutions.
- Programming additional task as requested.
- Support all employees in IT issues.
- Troubleshooting PMS (Fedelio/micros/sun/galaxy).
- Backup/Restore PMS.
- Management users account, right.
- End users help.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Age from 27 and above
- Gender: Male.
***Knowledge:
- University graduated in Informatics Technology
- Experience: 1 year at the same position
***Skills:
- English skills: B level
- IT skills: software, hardware, network.
***Attitude:
- Team work spirit

- Working in a dynamic and professional environment.
- Professionally trained according to the job requirements.
- Participate in social insurance and health insurance under the Labor Law.
- Provided 1 meal/day.
